The Viking Aluminum Hawse Fairleads are designed to be used with synthetic winchlines only. These fairleads are necessary to replace cast steel hawse fairleads and optional replacement of the factory steel roller fairlead. They are CNC precision machined to provide a smooth guide surface for the synthetic winchline.

Viking Anodized Fairleads use a special anodizing process called 2 Step Process designed to resist fading. The process is one step beyond Hard Anodizing, and we have found this is the only andozing that is fade resistant.

50 Series ATV / UTV Hawse Fairlead

The 50 Series ATV / UTV Hawse Fairlead fits a typical ATV 2500-3500Lb. winch. These fairleads are much lighter than ATV roller fairleads and bolt directly in place. They are CNC machined uncoated aluminum with zinc coated hardware and locking nuts.

75 Series Short Drum / UTV Hawse Fairlead
PN 100401

The 75 Series Short Drum / UTV fairlead is a short drum farilead for use with competition winches such as the Warn RC, Tmax, or Superwinch Rock 95 etc. They are CNC machined uncoated aluminum with zinc coated hardware and locking nuts.

Note: The 50 Series ATV fairlead is not the same as the 75 series. This fairlead typically works with 4000 and 4500 Lb winches including Short Drum Truck winches.

100 Series Hawse Fairlead

The 100 Series fairlead is our economical solution for a precision guide for your synthetic winchline. They are CNC machined uncoated aluminum with zinc coated hardware and locking nuts.

The 250 Series Hawse Fairlead coated with Type II black anodizing for superior wear and corrosion resistance. Stainless Steel Flat Head bolts are supplied for added corrosion resistance with stainless locking nuts.

350 Series Hawse Fairlead

The 350 Series is a large radius Hawse Fairlead is designed with more surface area and larger wear radius to reduce the pressure on synthetic winchlines. The larger radius extends the life of the winchline due to reduced stress when performing angular pulls. It offers the same top quality wear and corrosion resistance as the 250 series complete with stainless steel hardware including stainless locking nuts.

240 Series Offset Hawse Fairlead
PN 100406 (Ramsey / ARB offset bumper)

The 240 Series Offset Hawse Fairlead is for Ramsey Winches and some ARB bumpers. It offers the same top quality wear and corrosion resistance as the 250 series complete with stainless steel hardware including stainless locking nuts.

360 Series Hawse Fairlead
PN 100405 (Superwinch Husky 8 & 10)

The 360 Series Hawse Fairlead specifically designed for the Superwinch Husky 8 and Husky 10 winches. These fairleads offer the same top quality wear and corrosion resistance as the 250 series, but offers more surface area and larger wear radius to reduce the pressure on synthetic winchlines similar to the 350 Series. Comes complete with 35mm metric stainless steel hardware. For Applications with bumper sandwiched between fairlead and winch 40mm bolts are required.

Viking Replacement Delrin Fairlead Rollers

These Viking rollers are designed to be used with synthetic winch lines, replacing the factory galvanized rollers. They are made from Delrin offering high strength, abrasion resistance, and heat resistance, and have a smooth surface to protect your synthetic winch line. The Viking rollers are 68% lighter than stock. .97 Kg (34.4 oz / 2.1 lb) vs. stock steel rollers at 2.4Kg (83.2 oz / 5.2 lb). Delrin is somewhat similar to lightweight alloys like aluminum. We call it the alloy of plastics because it has good machining properties like aluminum, it is dimensionally stable and very tough. The material is resistant to oils, chemicals, UV light and abrasion.

This license plate bracket is one of the best ways to attach a license plate to your winch bumper. It is made from high quality laser cut stainless steel and flips out of the way when winching is required. The plate and bracket fits on Roller Fairlead frames in either bolted or pins that are held in place with retaining rings.

NOTE: These license plate brackets do not fit new roller fairleads for Superwinch EP series winches.

Steel Roller Fairlead PN 103128

This is one of the best and strongerst roller fairleads available. It includes tight fitting rollers with heavy duty bolts securing everything in place with no rattling.

This is a Superwinch fairlead but is universal in that it fits most winches and bumpers. It has a standard 10" bolt single centered bolt pattern. This fairlead can be used with steel wire cable or synthetic winchlines. Rollers and Frame are heavy zinc coated for durability.
