10000ADP-CS

This
unit features the Cold Trigger Switch. With this feature,
the Ready Welder, even when connected to a power source,
will not light up an arc when the trigger is released.
Without this, if the electrode wire is accidentally
left protruding from a gun while still connected to
a power source, and comes in contact with a metal which
happens to be grounded, an arc would be struck, with
possible dangerous results.

Since
the introduction , in 1997, of the Ready Welder as the
first battery powered portable welder, there have been
other battery powered welders brought out in the market.
None of these have had all of the desirable qualities
of Ready Welder II. As a result, the U.S. Army is, and
has been one of Ready Welder's most important customers.

Ready
Welder is a compact battery powered MIG welder. It operates
on two or three 12 volt DC batteries in series, producing
200 to 350 Amps of power for deep penetration of metals.
For thinner metals a 12 and a 6 volt battery connected
in series to produce 18 DC volts and lower Amps works
just fine. The use of a single 12 volt battery is not
normally recommended..
The
Professionals who use it, report that the Ready Welder
is a high yielding asset in their welding trade, because
of it's lower initial cost plus it's lower operating costs.
A smaller truck can be used to go out for field repairs
with the Ready Welder. The setup time and electrical usage
costs are less than before they began using this Product.
The
Ready Welder can also be used as a Spool Gun, by connecting
it to a Stick Welder or a conventional MIG machine. It
operates from 115 AC volts while plugged into any welding
device which might require a Spool Gun, for example, as
when welding aluminum.
Our
Model 10000 is the original Ready Welder II, introduced
in 1997. Since then, we have developed several new Models,
and each has all of the same basic functions as Model
10000. The latest of the new Models, introduced in early
2004 is the -CS model variations. The Cold Switch Models
have added a safety feature of trigger release cutoff
from live power to the unit, when not welding.
Before
you buy or even think of acquiring a MIG welder, we suggest
that you click Testimonials and Military Testimonials
to see what users of Ready Welder think of the product
after buying one and using it. Then check the Comparison
Charts, to learn what Ready Welder can do, and how it
rates versus other MIG welders.
Every
customer is treated individually by a trained staff member
who is dedicated to satisfying the customer. We take pride
in our service, in sharing our expertise with them, and
in our one year limited warranty.
Model
#10000MVP-CS, known as the "Maintenance Vehicle Pack",
is specially designed for Maintenance Trucks or the Mobile
Repair Vehicle. Every maintenance truck should carry one.
